Who says you can’t transform a Cultural Hall into a carnival to celebrate the marriage of two of the most lovely people on the planet?

Yards and yards of bunting, vintage lights, hanging umbrellas (you can rent them here) and the biggest chalkboard backdrop you have ever seen helped to make this reception so much fun to create.
